Concession Stand Information
THE CONCESSION SIGN UP PAGE IS NOW TURNED OFF - you will no longer be able to sign up online. We are in the process of gathering all the checks from the families that did not fulfill their obligation this season in order to prepare for the remainder of the season. Thank You for Signing up to work the concession stand. With out your continued support it could not be done. If you need to contact someone about your concession shift, please email Grace Peters at the following email address:

In order to sign up for the stand - you must first log on under Team Login. Once you are in - you can then sign up to work.
Please remember that once you sign up to work the stand - IT IS NECESSARY to contact one of us to remove you in the event that you can not work that shift. Once we remove you, you can then sign up for a different time slot. Please give 48 hours notice so we can make necessary provisions to cover the shift. Please keep in mind that it is hard to fill this shift the night before.
Please DO NOT just take an additional time slot with out telling us you can not work what you originally signed up for, (we need to remove it) we will be looking for you on that day, our stand will not be staffed appropriately and your in jeopardy of having your check cashed. Please remember that we are all volunteers.
Rain Outs: Unfortunately if your shift is cancelled due to the weather, you will need to reschedule. Please check the site for rainout information. If you arrive at the stand and it opens and then closes at anytime during your shift due to weather, your obligation will be considered fulfilled.
Concession Stand Hours of Operation:
Monday thru Friday 5:30 to 9:00pm (Dugout closes at 8:30pm)
Saturday 8:30am to 8:00pm (Dugout closes at 7:30pm)
Sunday 10:30am to 6:00pm (Dugout closes at 5:30pm)
The Stand is Open Until August 8th 2010 - you can sign up for anytime - it does not have to be during the regular house season. The Dugout (the small stand) will close July 4th 2010 for the season.
